The work

Real systems. Not slides about them.

I build systems that solve problems, then find the people who have them. Increasingly, they find me first.

§ 01 / Case studies

Four, told in full. The gap each one was really closing.

Enough of each build to see what it does and what it changed. The method that makes them repeatable stays off the page — that part comes with the work.

go-to-market intelligence + asset production GTM-OS prospect-intelligence dashboard, figures redacted

GTM-OS · Built inside Ridgeline

Go-to-market intelligence that produces the asset, not just the insight.

Growth-stage B2B software · customer marketing, 500-plus-person org

The signal to act on a customer lived in one set of tools; the assets that act on it got made somewhere else, by hand. Between the insight and the finished piece sat days of copy-paste.

What I built
An engine that reads the account and produces the asset in the same motion. Feed it the context, get back a finished draft that already sounds like the company — meeting brief, case study, one-pager, sequence, whatever the moment needs. Using it feels less like briefing an agency and more like the research and the writing happening at once.
The result
Meeting prep went from ~4 hours to ~15 minutes. Running inside the marketing org today — a morning of research turned into a finished, on-voice brief.
For you
If your team researches in one tool and writes in another, the gap between them is where the speed goes. This closes it — a marketing function that ships as fast as it thinks.
agency revenue engine Sixth City ingestion-engine console

Sixth City Marketing · Full revenue engine

The agency that sold systems and ran on none.

Marketing agency · founder-led

Leads came from the founder's network and referrals, which capped growth at how many rooms one person could be in. Momentum, not a system.

What I built
A revenue engine that runs the agency's own pipeline end to end — signal in, scored accounts out, a per-account message that reads like it was written for exactly that prospect, and a follow-through that doesn't depend on the founder remembering. It feels like the agency finally hired the operator it kept selling everyone else.
The result
3,500-plus net-new accounts identified and scored against the company's ICP, each one handed a value point up front — which turns what used to be an inbound signal into an outbound door-opener, at scale and without the founder in the loop.
For you
If your growth is capped by one person's calendar, the fix isn't more hustle. It's a system that runs when that person is asleep.
content engine + merch funnel The Rich Eisen Show editorial storefront

The Rich Eisen Show · JV with element23

A national audience, and a store it kept ignoring.

National sports-media brand · large daily audience

The attention was already there and already paying attention. The store sat off to the side like an afterthought, so a huge daily audience and the thing you could actually buy lived on separate islands. No bridge between them.

What I built
A content engine and a storefront that finally point at each other. The show's content routes people to product, the store looks like it belongs to the brand instead of a generic template, and new episodes feed the funnel instead of disappearing into the feed. It feels like the merch line finally joined the show it's named after.
The result
The third-highest sales month in the store's history — inside the first week of go-live. A national audience finally had somewhere to convert.
For you
If you have an audience and a store that ignore each other, the money is in the bridge, not in more audience.
candidate marketing-site platform Hiremé candidate marketing-site product

Hiremé · My own product · youshouldhire.org

The résumé hides the person. This argues for the hire.

Job-seeker platform · shipped product

A strong candidate lands in the stack as one more PDF, and everything that actually makes them worth hiring — the proof, the voice, the fit — gets flattened into the same template as everyone else. The format hides the signal.

What I built
A full-stack platform that turns a candidate into their own marketing site — the company's visual language, the candidate's voice, positioned against the exact pain the role is trying to solve. Instead of a PDF that begs to be skimmed, it's a page that argues for the hire. Using it feels less like updating a résumé and more like a campaign built around one person.
The result
Concept to functioning product in 72 hours. A live platform you can click through right now at youshouldhire.org — where the alternative was one more PDF résumé.
For you
Proof this isn't slideware. It's live, it has users, and the surface is yours to inspect before a single call.
§ 02 / How to start

Have a problem in front of you? Let's build for it.

The work I want more of is the second kind — someone brings the problem, we build the system. A 30-minute intro tells us if there's a fit.
