Danny Cox
Business architect, based in Reno. I help founders and operators figure out what their business actually needs, then design and install the systems that run it.
Most of what I do is translation. A founder says they need more leads, a new CRM, or a fractional CMO. I work back from that to the problem underneath it, then forward into a plan their team can build. Sometimes the plan is the whole engagement. Sometimes we build it together. That's twenty years of the same job across agencies, startups, and my own companies.
Big-agency origins
Started in Chicago building for Campbell's and Kellogg when social publishing was new and misunderstood. Defined digital and social support for every Samsung mobile launch from the Galaxy S2 through the Note 4, and showed Delta Air Lines that social was a revenue channel.
Founder and operator
Took the playbook independent and built revenue systems from scratch, each in an industry with no existing playbook.
AI operator
I run the practice on agent infrastructure I built myself: intake, research, pricing, and delivery systems, designed and operated on my own data.
Teaching
Business professor at the University of Nevada, Reno, College of Business, and an MBA candidate. Teaching while doing keeps the frameworks honest.
Home means Nevada. 12 years in Reno, six businesses started here, a seat on the MidTown District board, and three Battle Born kids. The skills built for global brands are meant to come home to the local business community.
The best way to know how I work is to read how I think.
Bring the problem.
45 minutes. Bring what you think you need, and we'll find out what's underneath it.
