Privacy Policy
The short version: this site measures how it's used, can identify the business visitors who come by, and never sells your information. The longer version is below. Effective October 9, 2026.
Principl is a business architecture practice and a trade name of Danny Cox Digital, LLC, based in Reno, Nevada. "We" and "us" in this policy mean Danny Cox Digital, LLC, doing business as Principl. It covers principl.ai and the emails we send. Questions go to danny@principl.ai.
What you give us. When you fill out a form or email us, we keep what you send, like your name, email, company, and whatever you tell us about your business.
Site analytics. We run a privacy-focused analytics tool that counts page views, referrers, device type, and country. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't build a profile of you.
Business visitor identification. We use a third-party service that may match a visit to a professional profile or company using your IP address, browser signals, and data that service holds. That can include your name, title, company, business email, and LinkedIn profile. We use it to understand which businesses are interested in our work, and sometimes to reach out.
Email and page engagement. Some emails we send carry a small image that tells us when the email was opened. Some pages are made for one specific company, and we record when those pages are viewed.
We use it to answer you, run our business, figure out what content is useful, and contact business prospects who might be a fit. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone so they can market to you.
Only the service providers that help us run things: hosting, email delivery, analytics, and visitor identification. Each one handles data for us under its own terms. We'll also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
You can unsubscribe from our emails anytime by replying or using the link in the email. You can ask us what we have on you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to danny@principl.ai. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under laws like the CCPA or GDPR, and we'll honor them. Browser privacy settings and content blockers will also stop most tracking scripts.
We keep information as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, though no system is perfectly secure.
This site is for business professionals and isn't directed at children under 16. If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
